All prices are valid plus VAT for Germany. The prices and offers mentioned here are especially for commercial buyers.
All mentioned prices (EUR) are ex warehouse plus freight and packaging. Delivery and invoicing will be made to the demand address at the valid price and delivery terms. All orders are subject to our General Business Terms.
Errors and intermediate sales are possible. The order comes into force with the written order (e-mail, post, fax). The written order is a binding order (minimum order quantity is 1- truck).
You can also mix your order from our entire assortment (3 pallets per variety), but the minimum order quantity remains 1 truck. The buyer agrees to accept the order after ordering.
If the buyer does not accept the goods after a binding, written order, he will be charged 50% of the purchase price as business failure costs. Terms of Payment: Transfer 50% deposit on order, 50% balance before delivery or prepayment.
Artwork is protected. Any use requires written consent! Liability for defects: The customer is obliged to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt for defects, condition and guaranteed properties.
Defects must be raised immediately and in writing and within 14 days of receipt of the goods. For legitimate defects, we have the choice either to deliver replacement goods or to refund the purchase price of
the faulted goods. Further claims, in particular claims for damages are not entitled to the purchaser. Customary or minor, technically unavoidable deviations of the quality do not justify a complaint.
The usual delivery time of the products is 7 - 21 work days. Should the delivery be delayed for any reason, the customer will be informed.
